Gallery Note: An exceptional vintage exhibition poster of Keith Haring's critical winter 1988 solo show at Shafrazi Gallery in SoHo. The printed lithograph composition features a pre-set array of floating, vibrant color fields integrated with Haring's iconic pop motifs (including a swimming fish, a trumpet creature, and a coiling serpent) surrounding a childhood photograph of the artist inside a bubble.This copy is uniquely elevated by an authentic, live hand-drawn marker remarque executed by Haring in the lower-center margin. Directly contextualizing his signature script and personal dedication to Nikki Haskell and Jonathan Marder, the artist hand-drew one (1) classic radiant breakdancer figure in active motion.
