For Seletti & Siecle items: We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase for exchange, store credit or a full refund to the credit card with 15% restock fee applied  

The item must be in the exact condition it was recieved with packaging in tact. Otherwise, we can not process the return.

 

 

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact the gallery immediately to remedy the matter.  

We will be shipping via fedex, UPS or USPS and it will be insured. Please select the option that matches selection costs.

We offer free pick up from the gallery and we offer local delivery (10 miles) for free for orders over $1500.

$15 for all orders under $1500 

 

 

Due to recent changes in the world, Red Fox has implemeneted a new program to allow clients to trial art in their homes.

 

You will need to purchase the work and arrannge for delivery with us. (transport fees apply with larger works - and are non-refundable.)

 

If you decide you do not want a work after the trial period, we will refund you for the full amount, as long as the artwork is returned to us in the exact condition it was delivered.
